Really like coming to this store.. there’s a staff called Lim who is very helpful. Lim came to ask if we needed help, and shared the assessment books they have in store. Never got this experience from other Popular bookstores and wanted to compliment Lim by writing to Popular but he humbly said there’s no need to. Kudos to Lim and so the least I could do is to leave a review here.

Some popular bookstores have closed down in Singapore. Thank GOD this one at LOT 1 still in operation. Managed to buy organiser for 2024.

Popular bookstore at Lot One has reopened. Common stationary items, ele tronic items like thumb drive hard disks, mouse etc available as well as books, textbooks and assessment books. Size of store halved after renovation.

This is the second time I am experiencing poor customer service from the same person, Susan Ontann. While flashing the membership on my phone, she just asked me to tab myself instead of picking up tge machine to scan from my phone. Her tone of voice is unfriendly as well. I wonder why such a person is even in the customer service line.

I actually want to ask a question but first popular bookstore is actually really nice it's just that sometimes the price tags are their discount stickers cover the details on their books. So here's my question in popular bookstore lot one cck I know there are envelopes but are there stamps? I need the results by today so please can answer?

Cashier didn’t ask if i was a member like they usually do and when I gave her my card (right away) said she already made the bill so I cant use my membership. This all happened in a minute cause she was busy talking to her coworker while i was checking out. I was annoyed but didnt say anything and just paid anyways - but please like you always ask for the membership before making the bill I thought this was common sense
