Your staff made a rude gesture while I was choosing my order. Less than five minutes into my order, they showed signs of annoyance and kept asking me for my choice of sides repeatedly. One of the female staff members, who wore a cream-colored hijab and whose behavior was not spectacular, started knocking her fingers, which was clearly unprofessional. My friend, who waited for me nearby, could even hear the knocking sound. I request that you educate and send your staff, particularly those on that shift, for a refresher course on customer service.

I just bought a chicken kebab at Lot One Mall. The standard weight should be 280g. However, mine weighed 270g. The staff member strictly told me it was because I only had one sauce. Hello, the kebab looks so skinny and small! Does one more drizzle of sauce make up for the weight? I wouldn't buy from them again. I feel cheated. I was too angry with the staff's defensive stance to take a picture!

I used to love Stuff’d, but my experience at this particular outlet has been disappointing. 1. First Visit: Many ingredients were out of stock, but the staff did not inform me beforehand. Instead, I was still asked to proceed with my order and payment. 2. Second Visit: I ordered a Burrito Bowl, which is supposed to weigh around 400g. However, my portion was less than 350g. I chose not to complain directly at the time because it was peak hour, there was a long queue, and the staff already seemed unhappy. I also wanted to avoid any unpleasant situations. This outlet's quality and service does not meet expectations. I hope the management takes action to improve the service, ensure ingredient availability, and maintain consistency in portion sizes.

The bowls are really sad now :( Barely 500g? They were almost 800g, and the salad used to take up half the bowl. I thought it was a one-time thing or just an oversight by another staff member, but the iceberg lettuce is, no joke, half a fistful now. It's so pathetic. Lettuce used to take up half the bowl; now it's only 1/4 or less :( I will not patronize again. Not worth your 8.80. The image attached is from BEFORE I ATE 😤 Look at the veg; it's so little. No comments on the other toppings, but overall, it's just... less. So disappointed.

Disappointed with the recent change in how Stuff’d prepares their chicken. They’ve switched from their signature kebab-style to sous vide, completely ruining the texture and flavor. What used to be perfectly crispy, barbecue-style chicken skin is now jelly-like and unappetizing (see image). There might be issues with the kebab-style cooking—perhaps the heat caused glass to crack—but if that’s the case, they should invest in a central kitchen instead of compromising on quality. To make things worse, they’ve also raised their prices. This is a huge downgrade, and I won’t be looking forward to ordering again.

PLEASE AVOID THIS OUTLET!! This outlet has been notorious for its extremely low portions. My daily bowl now weighs only 300g? It used to be filled to the brim, but not anymore. Initially, I thought it was a one-off incident, but this has been happening multiple times in my recent visits. Other reviews have also mentioned the low portions and bad service, but it appears that management hasn't taken any action at all. Many of the reviews here are FAKE REVIEWS! Notice that they keep repeating the same names? As a regular customer, I don't even know who these people are. They don't even wear their name tags during work! The regular staff are kind of rude most of the time, as other reviews have mentioned. Stuff'd, please stop incentivizing your staff to farm reviews and instead focus on the actual service lapse by your staff.
