Came here at about 8:50 at night. Even though they were almost closing, the staff was still extremely helpful in getting me my order. I cannot express my gratitude to them enough. The kebab was also delicious. I would recommend.

Rude female Malay staff working this morning. I went there as I was unsure whether it was open. I couldn't hear what she said, so I politely double-confirmed the opening time with her, and she glared at me. Later, she even spoke to her colleague behind my back in her language, saying "what sia," as if I did something wrong. Super rude!!!

On November 22, 2024, I bought two daily bowls and was served by a young, fair, petite Malay lady. To my disappointment (not the first time), this fair and young Malay lady on duty commented, asking if I really wanted to choose broccoli since I had previously given feedback that the broccoli was sour. She had told me not to buy it recently, and today she said not to "dirty her Google review" with my genuine feedback that it was not fresh. I was really puzzled by her rude and unfriendly response towards customers. She took genuine feedback negatively and said "no one is perfect," then continued by saying that even if I were to buy broccoli from NTUC, it would be a frozen one. I was surprised she didn't know broccoli also comes fresh, not necessarily frozen. What puzzled me was her rudeness as a front-liner. Her stall sells food, and yet she implied the responsibility for food freshness is not the seller's but the buyer's! What a bad attitude she has, and she should be sent for re-training on customer service. On July 24, 2024, I bought two daily bowls and was happy to see that there was broccoli 🥦 today. I brought it home and ate it immediately, but the broccoli was actually sour and tasted bad. What if, after consuming it, I get an upset tummy? (See picture). I now realize my previous review from September 27, 2023, mentioned the same problem. Oh my, Stuff'd doesn't bother to improve on it. The amount of chicken has also reduced drastically. :( On September 27, 2023, I bought two bowls of salad with chicken. I noticed the amount of all five types of veggies given had been reduced, and the chicken was cut so finely it was like minced chicken now. Worse still, the broccoli 🥦 was sour, already turned black, and the stall still sold them to customers 👎🏻. On March 26, 2022, I visited Stuff'd @ Lot One again, this time to buy a salad bowl. It was bad, bad, bad! The Filipino cashier was on duty again; he is always grouchy, moody, doesn't smile, doesn't greet, and never says thanks to customers. Today, my purchase value was $9.90. I thought he told me to tap my PayWave Visa card, and I did, but it was too early as he had keyed in $0.99. Later, he entered $9.90 and told me to tap my card. Before I tapped, I actually asked him if the earlier $0.99 transaction went through, but he refused to answer me. I asked again, and he still refused to answer me! Why is he always so rude?! This is not the first time I've met him at the cashier point. Last time, when I presented my e-Capita voucher, he didn't know how to use it and showed me a grouchy and unhappy face too. I hope the owner advises him that his bad attitude is totally unacceptable in the service line. Thank you. Due to these few encounters of bad service, I have now changed my review to 2 stars! Past: My experience with Stuff'd @ Lot One was excellent. The change of cashier made a difference; she was so patient, professional, and friendly. The front-line staff who served me food were as great as the cashier. Overall, they are a great team. I would like to recognize Ms. Selvi and Ms. Balkis. 👏👏👏👍😆

I bought a daily bowl and found metal scrubber fibre mixed with the vegetables. I almost swallowed it, but luckily I chewed carefully. I went to let the staff know today and showed them the picture, but they just stared at me like a deer in headlights. Be careful when you chew!

I ordered a burrito. Normally, from what I usually see, they use a larger tortilla compared to a kebab. However, this time, I noticed them using the same type of tortilla as the previous customer who ordered a kebab. I thought to myself, perhaps with the right amount of filling, it would still weigh the same as previous times. In the end, the burrito weighed less than the approximated weight (typically, it weighs almost or more than the approximated weight). Edit: It turned out one of the staff made a mistake and gave me the wrong order (it was a beef kebab). I went back to the stall to rectify the issue, and the staff gave me a complimentary kebab. At least, with the same tortilla, the weight of a burrito is very much different from a kebab.

Your staff made a rude gesture while I was choosing my order. Less than 5 minutes into my order, they showed signs of annoyance and kept asking me repeatedly for my choice of sides. One of the female staff members, who wore a cream-colored hijab and was not dressed spectacularly, started knocking her fingers, which was clearly unprofessional. My friend, who waited for me nearby, could even hear the knocking sound. I request that you educate and send your staff, particularly those on that shift, for a refresher course on customer service.

Just bought a chicken kebab at Lot 1 Mall. The standard weight should be 280g. However, mine weighed 270g. The staff member strictly told me it was because I only had one sauce. Hello! The kebab looks so skinny and small. Does one more drizzle of sauce make up for the weight? I wouldn't buy from them again. I feel cheated. Too angry with the staff's defensive stand to take a picture!

I used to love Stuff’d, but my experience at this particular outlet has been disappointing. 1. **First Visit:** Many ingredients were out of stock, but the staff did not inform me beforehand. Instead, I was still asked to proceed with my order and payment. 2. **Second Visit:** I ordered a Burrito Bowl, which is supposed to weigh around 400g. However, my portion was less than 350g. I chose not to complain directly at the time because it was peak hour, there was a long queue, and the staff already seemed unhappy. I also wanted to avoid any unpleasant situations. This outlet does not meet the expected quality and service. Hope the management takes action to improve the service, ensure ingredient availability, and maintain consistency in portion sizes.
