Ordered a prata set and it’s nice! However graded it a 3 star as it cost me $7.50 for a small drumlet and small piece of potato.

The poor lady by the name of Lina is struggling to do orders by herself on a Saturday afternoon. She have to do delivery and walk in order. Boss should really hire another helper for her

Understaff. The poor staff at toastbox lot one is doing cashiering and making coffee, that resulted in a very long waiting time (15 mins) for just a cup of coffee. Suggest to add more manpower.

Why is the take away order , egg not help to break? I have been to multiple Toastbox island wide , 1st time I experience this. Price keep on increasing, ask us to support due to increase in costing. But come to a less than 1 min breaking of eggs we have to do it. Your competitors are far more better that you.

Why are the eggs in the takeaway order not cracked open for us? I have been to multiple Toastbox outlets island-wide, and this is the first time I've experienced this. Prices keep on increasing, and we're asked to support them due to increased costs. But when it comes to the less than 1-minute task of cracking eggs, we have to do it ourselves. Your competitors are far better than you.

This Toast Box is on Level 4 and attached to the food court. It doesn't have its own seating area, you need to find a spot in the foodcourt. If it's busy, this can be quite a challenge. On the other hand, it's a nice area to sit - the large windows give a lot of natural light.

I love Toast Box hot beverage like tea c, they make their hot beverage with consistent good taste but price is steep; if you regular drink coffee tea, is worth to invest in their hot drink vouchers at $21 (previously was $19.80) for 12 small cups but u get to choose from kopi o teh o to kopi c teh c. Is worth it for a good taste hot beverage :) Love it here as is near home and now they can accept hot drink voucher. Love this outlet more because they have a professional, polite n make good hot drink young staff, Tzy Jian. Today is my 2nd time redeeming my drink voucher from him; he cares for his customers; why I said so is because I told him to redeem my voucher, he saw I have a birthday voucher expiring end jan24 (Jan is my birthday month), and asked if I like to redeem that voucher first 👍🏻🫶🏼 What a superb guy n staff Toast Box has now at this outlet. I will visit this outlet more as and when I need a refreshing n nice hot beverage near home ❤️🫰🏼 Today 23/1 afternoon I seek help from ah Kang to link my BreadTalk group card for food to its app, he delightedly help me without hesitation or 2nd word. Wow, am impressed by all the young people working at Toast Box lot1, they are helpful, patience, friendly n professional. Thank you Tzy Jian and Ah Kang🫰🏼❤️😄

I went twice. Once ordered laksa set. Once ordered curry chicken rice set. Curries wise, better than Yakun west mall. Coffees wise, better than Yakun west mall. Seat not crampy stuffy as Yakun west mall. This is so true. This is not a poem.

Here's the edited review: I love Toast Box hot beverages, especially their Teh C. They make their hot beverages with consistently good taste, but the price is steep. If you regularly drink coffee or tea, it's worth investing in their hot drink vouchers at $21 (previously $19.80) for 12 small cups, and you get to choose from Kopi O, Teh O, Kopi C, or Teh C. It's worth it for a good-tasting hot beverage :) I love it here as it's near home, and they now accept hot drink vouchers. I love this outlet even more because they have a professional, polite, and skilled young staff member, Tzy Jian, who makes good hot drinks. Today was my second time redeeming a drink voucher from him. He cares for his customers; I say this because when I told him to redeem my voucher, he noticed I had a birthday voucher expiring at the end of Jan 2024 (January is my birthday month) and asked if I'd like to redeem that one first. 👍🏻🫶🏼 What a superb guy and staff member Toast Box has now at this outlet! I will visit this outlet more often whenever I need a refreshing and nice hot beverage near home. ❤️🫰🏼 This afternoon, on January 23rd, I sought help from Ah Kang to link my BreadTalk group card for food to its app. He delightedly helped me without hesitation or a second word.
