She was very friendly from the onset when we enquired on a trip and was more than happy to share all the available information with us, especially any promotions that applied to the trip packages we were considering. She helped us to compare prices and the items included in each package before we made our choice. Super terrible, been calling the WTS CCK Branch hotline doesnt work. Nobody picks up the call. Call the main office, refer me back to call the nearest outlet which is WTS CCK Branch. Waste of my time!

Lousy service, their hotline will never have anyone answering the calls. I tried calling in to check about package as I don't want to waste my time going down to find out none available but the wonderful thing they have been doing for years is not answering the phone. What's the point of having a phone number to call in for enquires if no one is bothering to pick up, they been doing this bad practice for years.

Horrible service the employees provide. They will see your attire and assume you are poor, and won't even bother to provide you basic services and proper manners. This is a disgusting attitude: serving people based on their attire. They expect people who visit to be wearing formal attire with expensive jewellery, instead of casual clothing.

Staff was not attentive. My friend and I booked a trip to Batam. I inquired about the itineraries and requested a copy of them, as well as the cost of traveling. The staff only provided a copy for my friend and neglected to provide me with a copy. Furthermore, I had to inquire two times about my travel issues because the staff seemed not to be listening to my questions. The entire booking experience was a letdown. I purchased the tickets at the Lot One outlet, which is far from my location. Having received such cold shoulder treatment from the staff has tarnished their reputation, as I will think twice about booking any holidays with the company.

I had a terrible experience booking Genting tour packages at this CCK WTS. During my first encounter, I was initially served by a polite young staff member, but unfortunately, I ended up having to pay extra because they claimed they couldn't secure the room. During my second encounter, I encountered a rude older staff member who collected payment without verifying the validity of my booking. He then questioned me about its confirmation, leaving me feeling uncertain and frustrated. Unlike this experience, booking through KLOOK offers the assurance of clear confirmation and documentation, and is way cheaper.

I would give 0 stars if possible. One of the worst services I have ever encountered. We go through agencies to apply for a visa for convenience. Don't bother. Doing it yourself is much easier. Applying for a Malaysian visa is super easy on your own. They charge double what we'd pay online but won't even answer their phone. CCK outlet is the worst. Wonder how they are still in business.
