Horrible service from the employees. They will just see your attire, assume you are poor, and won't even bother to provide you with basic, proper service and manners. Their attitude of serving people based on their attire is disgusting. They expect visitors to wear formal attire with expensive jewelry, instead of casual clothing.

The staff was not attentive. My friend and I booked a trip to Batam. I enquired about the itineraries and a copy of them, as well as the cost of traveling. The staff only provided a copy for my friend and neglected mine. Furthermore, I had to enquire twice about my travel issues because the staff seemed not to be listening to my questions. The whole experience of purchasing the booking was a letdown. I purchased the tickets at the Lot One outlet, which is far from my location. Having received such cold shoulder treatment from the staff has tarnished their reputation, and I will think twice before booking any holidays with the company.

I had a terrible experience booking Genting tour packages at this CCK WTS. During my first encounter, I was initially served by a polite young staff member. Unfortunately, I ended up paying additional money because they claimed they couldn't secure the room. During my second encounter, I encountered a rude older staff member who collected payment without verifying the validity of my booking. He then questioned me about its confirmation, leaving me feeling uncertain and frustrated. Unlike this experience, booking through KLOOK offers the assurance of clear confirmation and documentation, and is much cheaper.

Lousy service. Their hotline never answers calls. I tried calling in to check about a package, as I didn't want to waste my time going down only to find out it wasn't available. But the wonderful thing they've been doing for years is not answering the phone. What's the point of having a phone number to call for inquiries if no one bothers to pick up? They've been doing this bad practice for years.

I would give 0 stars if possible. One of the worst services I have ever encountered. We go through agencies to apply for visas for convenience. Don't bother. Doing it yourself is much easier. Applying for a Malaysian visa is super easy on your own. They charge double what we would have to pay online but won't even answer their phone. CCK outlet is the worst. I wonder how they are still in business.

Super poor service. I booked a trip to Genting, but they did not send me the trip details. Consequently, I ended up having NO SEATS at 5:30 AM. This is very irresponsible of them. I immediately had to rush down to Golden Mile (which was not yet open) and book another bus to Kovan so that we could travel up to Genting. I asked them for a refund for the return trip as I didn't want to travel with this company anymore, but they refused, stating it was non-refundable. Then, on the return trip, my seat was assigned to me, and I had to be away from my partner, who was sick. I asked to rearrange the seats as I wanted to take care of my partner, but the employee said this was not arranged by them and they were unable to compromise. Based on what I know, it's an auto-seat system, so we are supposed to be able to "choose our seats" based on a first-come, first-served basis. So, why was I assigned a seat away from my partner, and why was no empathy shown by the company when I mentioned that I had to take care of my partner? I am very disappointed with this company. I would give 0 stars if possible. I will NEVER travel with WTS Travel again. Travel with them at your own risk.

Think twice if you want to book through them. We booked a cruise trip, and I had to rush them for tickets and details. During the booking, we requested a room nearer to the lift, as we were bringing elderly family members. In the end, our room was the furthest from the lift. When we came down to ask, they kept mentioning "not far from the lift," acting as if we had never taken a cruise before. Worst attitude.

There is a queue system in place, but they don’t follow it. I waited 20 minutes to be served, while others bypassed the queue by going directly to the counter. When I inquired about the availability of coaches and hotels, the receptionist gave a half-hearted response and seemed reluctant to assist. Instead of offering any solutions, he only answered the specific questions I asked, which made me feel like I was talking to a robot.

I wish to enquire about some travel information, but I could never reach them. I have tried calling them weekdays, weekends, mornings, and afternoons, but the calls are never picked up. If that's the case, why provide a phone number?
