Super terrible. I've been calling the WTS CCK Branch hotline, but it doesn't work. Nobody picks up the call. I called the main office, and they referred me back to the nearest outlet, which is the WTS CCK Branch. Waste of my time!

I couldn't change my seat, even though I booked months ago! What a terrible travel experience! The last row was very shaky and uncomfortable. We were the first stop, and the driver didn't allow us to change seats. Despite paying a more expensive price (compared to other travel agencies), I still couldn't choose my seat. For those interested in this travel agency, please consider this.

Agent Jennifer Low is a superb professional in her line of work! She was very friendly from the onset when we enquired about a trip and was more than happy to share all the available information with us, especially any promotions that applied to the trip packages we were considering.
