Super poor service. Booked a trip to Genting, and they did not send me the details for the trip from Singapore to Genting. I ended up having **NO SEATS** at 5:30 AM. This is very irresponsible of them. I immediately had to rush down to Golden Mile (which was not open yet) and book another bus to Kovan so that we could travel up to Genting. I asked them for a refund for the return trip as I didn't want to travel with this company anymore, but they refused, stating it was non-refundable. Then, on the return trip, the seat was assigned to us, and I had to be away from my partner, who was sick. I asked to rearrange the seats as I wanted to take care of my partner, but the employee said this was not arranged by them and they were unable to compromise. Based on what I know, it's an auto-assigned seating system, so we are supposed to be able to “choose our seats” based on a first-come, first-served basis. So why was I assigned a seat away from my partner, and why was no empathy shown by the company when I mentioned that I had to take care of my partner? Very disappointed with this company. I would give 0 stars if possible. I will **NEVER** travel with WTS Travel again. Travel with them at your own risk.

Think twice if you want to book through them. I booked a cruise trip, and I had to rush them for tickets and details. During the booking, we requested a room nearer to the lift as we were bringing elderly. In the end, our room was the furthest from the lift. When I came down to ask, they kept mentioning it wasn't far from the lift. It was as if they thought we had never taken a cruise before. Worst attitude.

There is a queue system in place, but it isn't followed. I waited 20 minutes to be served while others bypassed the queue by going directly to the counter. When I inquired about the availability of coaches and hotels, the receptionist gave a half-hearted response and seemed reluctant to assist. Instead of offering any solutions, he only answered the specific questions I asked, making me feel like I was talking to a robot.

I wish to inquire about travel information, but I could never reach them. I have tried calling them weekdays, weekends, mornings, and afternoons, but the calls are never picked up. If that’s the case, why provide a phone number?

Super terrible. Been calling the WTS CCK Branch hotline; it doesn't work. Nobody picks up the call. I called the main office, and they referred me back to call the nearest outlet, which is the WTS CCK Branch. A waste of my time!

Could not change the seat, even though booked a few months ago! What a terrible travel experience! The last row was very shaky and uncomfortable! We were the first stop, and the driver didn't allow us to change the seat. I paid a higher price (compared with other travel agencies), yet I still couldn't choose my seat. For those interested in this travel agency, please consider this carefully.

Agent Jennifer Low is a superb professional in her line of work! She was very friendly from the onset when we inquired about a trip and was more than happy to share all the available information with us, especially any promotions that applied to the trip packages we were considering. She helped us compare prices and the items included in each package before we made our choice.
