My favourite bubble tea shop, more reasonable price for good quality tea taste compare to "吃茶三千“。Staff's service attitude is good. Get my tea within 5 minutes, thumbs up for that.

Female staffs here are kind and helpful . They were also efficient in their work . I went on a weekday(nearly evening) and received my drinks within 10 minutes, even though there were few customers before me .. Thank you, Gong Cha Lot One ❤️

Gong Cha has departed Westgate, so we are back to Lot One. This outlet should follow Causeway Point ordering style, have both a manned counter and the kiosk. Too many times I have seen would-be patrons fiddling with the kiosk before moving off because they couldn't find the drink they want. Also, that big notice pasted on the cash register is quite an eye sore to demonstrate lack of flexibility. So I empathise with the reviews here. And while we are fiddling, the staff are just waiting and looking around. But not all is bad. If you are ordering more than one drink, they will pack it for you, if not, you would do well to help yourselves to the single drink bag and straws by the side. Just don't expect too much. Ice Kacang Milk Tea, a SG60 promotional drink caught our attention and it is what it is when an ice kacang melts into liquid and we are still eating it. Sinful and nice! 🙂

Staff are really unfriendly and don’t bother to make eye contact when communicating with customers. Absolutely no customer service at all, and it took so long to get their attention so I could collect my drink. Not the first time this has happened. Maybe the management should hire more staff so that someone can attend to customers.

Nanie is absolutely kind and a very pretty lady. She is very polite and nice. Her patience is also excellent. Please promote this staff! She deserves it! 太棒了!

News of Gong Cha exiting and closing down in Singapore in favor of their sister brand LiHO. Does anyone still hold on to Gong Cha vouchers sold through Chope, Shopee, and Shopback? Will they honor them after completely closing down?

My wife and I really love Gong Cha! As a tea lover myself, I feel that Gong Cha is really underrated. Their tea is very high quality, much higher than a lot of other bubble tea shops that claim their teas are on par with Gong Cha. I especially love their Alishan Milk Foam and Earl Grey with 3J.

It took 12 minutes to get one drink? My order was just milk tea with no toppings? And it took ridiculously long! And the people who ordered their drinks later than me got theirs first too... lovely service, I guess :) I would give it no stars if it were possible.
