News of Gong Cha exiting Singapore in favor of their sister brand LiHO.
Does anyone still hold on to Gong Cha vouchers sold through Chope, Shopee, and Shopback? Will they honor them after completely closing down?

My favourite bubble tea shop, with more reasonable prices for good quality tea compared to '吃茶三千'. The staff's service is good. I got my tea within 5 minutes, thumbs up for that!

My wife and I really love Gong Cha! As a tea lover myself, I feel that Gong Cha is really underrated. Their tea is really very high quality, much higher than a lot of other bubble tea shops that claim their teas are on par with Gong Cha. I especially love their Alishan Milk Foam and Earl Grey with 3J.

It took 12 minutes to get one drink? My order was just milk tea with no toppings? And it took ridiculously long! And the people who ordered later than me got their drinks first, too. Lovely service, I guess. :)

Seats are available. The pearls in the milk tea were tasteless, though their texture wasn't bad. The area was clean enough. I won't make the extra effort to go to Gong Cha, but I don't mind getting it if I'm in the area. Staff are pleasant.

Was trying to redeem the 1-for-1 Earl Grey milk tea with 3J, using a voucher bought through Chope. Stood there for 20 minutes just to wait for the staff to take my order, only for them to tell me they ran out of pearls. They said they would replace it with grass jelly. Fine, I accepted this alternative since I didn't want to waste the 20+ minutes I spent queuing.
And guess what? I had to wait another 35 MINUTES for my drinks to be ready! 35 MINUTES for 2 cups of drinks?? Stood at Gong Cha for close to AN HOUR just to order and get my drinks. I work in the F&B industry, too, and this is definitely NOT ACCEPTABLE!
Was still happy that they opened an outlet at Lot One, but what's the point if the service is so bad? Definitely don't want to go back there again, and I urge anyone who sees this NOT to go to CCK Gong Cha unless you have a lot of time to spare. Utterly disappointed with this standard and service. Would appreciate if the management could do something about this.

Went there last night to attend a Zoom meeting, and the two staff there, Nanie and Yanting, were really polite and professional. I sat there initially without ordering anything, as I was quite full from dinner, but they did not chase me away. Instead, they courteously reminded me that I had to scan in to be seated there. When I was placing my order, they were patient in explaining the promotion (which I had misunderstood) and in waiting for me while I changed my mind about my order. Eventually, when they were preparing to close a few minutes before closing time, I was worried that I was hindering their closing, as they did not chase me away like some shops would. Instead, they were efficient in their closing routine and were kind in letting me stay there until my meeting ended. It was a truly pleasant experience there!

Came to buy bubble tea, as I haven't had it in a long time. Your morning staff was wearing AirPods, and I had to wait for her to take my order. There was only one staff member working yesterday morning. Please kindly check on your staff. Customer service was very poor. The staff member was serving customers while wearing AirPods. Please check your CCTV footage from the morning of October 19th, 2023. Thanks.

Please have your staff take orders. Some customers (e.g., children or the older generation) cannot find the drinks they want. Standing there searching for a long time causes a long queue.
