Seating is available. The pearls in the milk tea were tasteless, but the texture wasn’t bad. The area was clean enough. I won’t make the extra effort to go to Gong Cha, but I don’t mind getting it if I’m in the area. Staff are pleasant.

I was trying to redeem a 1-for-1 Earl Grey milk tea with 3J voucher purchased through Chope. I stood there for 20 minutes, waiting for the staff to take my order, only to be told that they ran out of pearls. They said they would replace it with grass jelly. Fine, I accepted this alternative since I didn't want to waste the 20+ minutes I spent queuing.
And guess what? I had to wait another 35 MINUTES for my drinks to be ready. 35 MINUTES for two cups of drinks? I stood at Gong Cha for close to AN HOUR just to order and get my drinks. I work in the F&B industry too, and this is definitely NOT ACCEPTABLE.
I was still happy that they opened an outlet at Lot One, but what's the point if the service there is so bad? I definitely don't want to go back there again, and I urge anyone who sees this NOT to go to CCK Gong Cha unless you have a lot of time to spare. I was utterly disappointed with this standard of service. I would appreciate it if the management could do something about this.

Went there last night to attend a Zoom meeting, and the two staff members there, Nanie and Yanting, were really polite and professional. I sat there initially without ordering anything, as I was quite full from dinner, but they did not chase me away. Instead, they courteously reminded me that I had to scan in to be seated. When I was placing my order, they were patient in explaining the promotion, which I had misunderstood, and in waiting for me while I changed my mind about my order. Eventually, when they were preparing to close a few minutes before closing time, I was worried that I was hindering their closing, as they did not chase me away like some shops would. Instead, they were efficient in their closing routine and were kind in letting me stay there until my meeting ended. It was a really pleasant experience dining there!

Came to buy bubble tea as I haven't had it for so long. Your morning staff was wearing AirPods, and I had to wait for her to take my order. There was only one staff member working yesterday morning. Please kindly check on your staff. Customer service was very poor, as the staff member was serving customers while wearing AirPods. Get your staff to take orders, please. Some customers (children and older generations) cannot find the drinks they want. They stand there searching for a long time, causing a long queue.

This outlet is much better than Westgate. Luckily, it's the one nearest to me. The ice-to-drink ratio is good, especially for the brown sugar series. I don't know why Westgate's brown sugar is always so diluted. I really like the recent night shift staff; they're very efficient, and the drinks taste even better. Thanks to the Lot1 team for great bubble tea drinks! Maybe Westgate needs more staff. It seems understaffed.

Staff are really unfriendly and don’t bother to make eye contact when communicating with customers. There was absolutely no customer service at all, and it took so long to get their attention so I could collect my drink. Not the first time this has happened. Maybe the management should hire more staff so that someone can attend to customers.

The female staff here are kind and helpful. They were also efficient in their work. I went on a weekday, nearly evening, and received my drinks within 10 minutes, even though there were a few customers before me. Thank you, Gong Cha Lot One ❤️

Gong Cha has left Westgate, so we're back at Lot One. This outlet should follow Causeway Point's ordering style, offering both a manned counter and a kiosk.
Too many times I've seen would-be patrons fiddling with the kiosk before leaving because they couldn't find the drink they wanted. Also, that big notice pasted on the cash register is quite an eyesore and demonstrates a lack of flexibility.
So I empathize with the reviews here. And while we're fiddling, the staff is just waiting and looking around.
But not everything is bad. If you're ordering more than one drink, they will pack them for you. Otherwise, you would do well to help yourselves to the single-drink bags and straws nearby.
Just don't expect too much.
Ice Kacang Milk Tea, a SG60 promotional drink, caught our attention. It is what it is: an ice kacang melting into liquid while you're still trying to eat it. Sinful and nice! 🙂
