My visit to Spectacle Hut located at Lot 1 st Choa Chu Kang was such an awesome experience. There was only a staff named Priya working on that day of our visit. I brought my daughter along to get her eyes checked. She was so friendly and so patient with my daughter, even my daughter loves her! Ms Priya took good care of us at the store. She made sure that my girl's eyes were checked thoroughly and shared advice on how we can keep her eyesight in check at home which was so good to know. Thank you for the wonderful service!We definitely recommend you guys to come over here to get a new pair of spectacle!

Priya was awesome. She is attentive and knowledgeable. She explained everything well and gave me lots of opportunities to ask questions. I was having some issues with regards to my eyesight for a few months. Headed over to spectacle hut in CCK to get some insight as to what was wrong with my eyesight. Specialist Priya helped me & made me understand how strained my eyes were & gave me some insight to my condition. She also helped me choose the right specs that would fit perfectly for my face. She was very patient with me as I’m an indecisive person. She made sure I felt comfortable & was able to answer all my queries. I would definitely recommend this outlet specially just for the customer service from Priya.

I went to Spectacle Hut to get a new pair of spectacles and was served by Alfred. I would like to commend his exceptional service throughout the entire process - from doing an eye test for me (and also patiently answering my questions), to ordering the spectacles and lastly the spectacles collection.
He also kindly did an additional eye check for me after I got my new pair of spectacles when I mentioned that the vision in my master eye seemed different from my old pair of spectacles, confirming that the lens in the spectacles were correctly prescribed, and also helped to allay my concerns.

During my consultation, I decided to purchase a set of 30-day daily disposable contact lenses alongside a new pair of glasses to replace my old ones. What’s even more impressive is that Marcus offered me an additional two pairs of contact lenses to try out, which I was very pleased with. This thoughtful approach really demonstrated the team's commitment to customer satisfaction.
Another highlight of my experience was the turnaround time. I was pleasantly surprised to find that all of my contact lenses were ready within about one week, and my new spectacles were ready in just two weeks.
