Exceptional service!! Priya fixed my spectacles for free and did so without hesitation. She also advised me of the risks of breakage before proceeding with the repair. I will definitely recommend Spectacle Hut to my family and friends, and will return here if I need another servicing or maintenance 🫶.

I went to Spectacle Hut to get a new pair of spectacles and was served by Alfred. I would like to commend his exceptional service throughout the entire process: from doing my eye test and patiently answering my questions, to ordering the spectacles, and finally, collecting them. He also kindly performed an additional eye check for me after I received my new pair of spectacles, when I mentioned that the vision in my master eye seemed different from my old pair, confirming that the lenses in the spectacles were correctly prescribed and helping to allay my concerns. Thanks Alfred, I really appreciate it.

Marcus was exceptionally patient as I navigated my choice of frames. He took the time to listen to my preferences and checked in on my needs throughout the process, ensuring that I found the perfect fit for my style and lifestyle. I appreciated his expertise and guidance, which made my decision so much easier. During my consultation, I decided to purchase a set of 30-day daily disposable contact lenses alongside a new pair of glasses to replace my old ones. What's even more impressive is that Marcus offered me an additional two pairs of contact lenses to try out, which I was very pleased to receive. This thoughtful approach really demonstrated the team's commitment to customer satisfaction. Another highlight of my experience was the turnaround time. I was pleasantly surprised to find that all of my contact lenses were ready within about one week, and my new spectacles were ready in just two weeks.
