I purchased a diamond ring from this store during their recent mall roadshow. At the time of purchase, I was told by the salesman, Oscar, that I would receive a new invoice when I collected my resized ring in a few weeks, so I could clock my mall loyalty points then.
However, when I returned to collect the ring, I was served by another salesman, Devon, who was surprisingly arrogant and dismissive. He insisted it was impossible that Oscar would have told me that and he called Oscar, who then changed his story and claimed he never mentioned anything about the loyalty points.
I was taken aback by how the situation was handled. Instead of trying to understand or resolve the issue, I was met with condescension and rudeness. Their story changed a few angles which led me to think that they were pulling a fast one. No customer will kick up a fuss just for some points but the point here is the integrity and authentic service. What should have been a pleasant and exciting experience turned into a frustrating and disappointing one.
Integrity and customer service are fundamental to any business, but especially so in jewelry sales where trust is critical and purchases are of higher value. Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning whether I would return or recommend this store to others.

I was served by Ms Kitty See. Kitty is polite and courteous with a nice smile. She is also knowledgeable of her product and gave me good advice that helped me made my selection quickly. I will gladly refer her to my friends and will look to her service again for my future purchases.

Went down to look for a gift for a friend and one of the staff, Boon Chie, kindly attended to me. I was quite indecisive but she was not unhappy in the slightest sense and patiently advised me. Wanted to get 1 only but ended up with more due to the wide range of jewellery and her good service and attitude. Props to her!

We visited this outlet hoping to meet the outlet manager, Vincent, but we were informed that he was currently overseas on a work assignment. Jason attended to us regarding a diamond that had fallen off within a few months. While we understand that occasional errors can happen, we truly appreciated Jason’s assistance.
He was extremely helpful in arranging for the diamond to be reattached at no extra cost, and he patiently guided us through the process. His professionalism and dedication to customer service really stood out.
