Went down to look for a gift for a friend and one of the staff, Boon Chie, kindly attended to me. I was quite indecisive, but she was not unhappy in the slightest and patiently advised me. I only wanted to get one, but ended up with more due to the wide range of jewellery and her good service and attitude. Props to her!

Jason attended to us regarding a diamond that had fallen off within a few months. While we understand that occasional errors can happen, we truly appreciated Jason’s assistance. He was extremely helpful in arranging for the diamond to be reattached at no extra cost, and he patiently guided us through the process. His professionalism and dedication to customer service really stood out. Well done to the team at this outlet, and a special thank you to Jason for the excellent service!"
