Wonderful staff at lot 1 whale tea. Very friendly and promotes new item by asking us to try, great recommendation as well! The new perfect pomegranate drink is yummy!

I would like to compliment staff name “Qi” A very very long time ago, she was the one that helped me with logging into the app. The response time for another colleague to assist me was about less than 1/2 hr. To be honest, I don’t drink bubble tea often but she had made it a point to remember what I usually drink as I usually forget. I am sure she meets many customers and I am sure I am not the only one that she gives her personal touch to. Her customer service standard exceeds expectations. Thank you for making my bubble tea experience a pleasant journey.

A very friendly and nice team managing this outlet which is our favorite BBT brand. Always looking to try their new innovative drinks which are good quality tea for the price. Good value, keep it up!

Super like the new fermented rice drink. Lychee version is light and refeshing with a big sweet juicy lychee gem at the bottom. Keen to try other flavours especially orchid as I really wonder how it tastes like. Pistachio avocado really brought a smile to our faces. It’s a filling drink fit to be a snack~

Mousse was delicious but the brown sugar pearls were way to sweet. However, the pearls' texture was probably the best I've had compared to the other BBT brands I've tried.

Spillage from the cup. I ordered takeaway, but the drink cover was of such lousy quality that my drink spilled while I hand-carried it home. I won't purchase again unless you improvise by giving cardboard stands, like Starbucks, so that drinks won't spill.

I just love this outlet at Lot1. Despite how busy they are, they always put on a smile and never fail to greet and apologise for the long wait! Please consider opening at Yew Tee...

The fragrance of caramelised brown sugar fills the air from a few shops away. Hard to miss this shop. We ordered their signature Brown Sugar Boba Milk and Flaming Brown Sugar. The ratio of fresh milk to caramelised brown sugar and pearls is quite perfect and not too sweet. My first few sips of this drink are spiked with a lovely smoky-sweet flavour of the caramelised brown sugar syrup and pearls. The pearls are pretty bouncy, cooked to an al dente, chewy finish. Our reliable go-to for a good cup of bubble tea. It’s a memorable drink indeed!
