Spillage from the cup. I ordered takeaway, but the drink cover was of such poor quality that my drink spilled while I hand-carried it home. I won't purchase again unless you improve by providing cardboard stands, like Starbucks, so that drinks won't spill.

I just love this outlet at Lot1. Despite how busy they are, they always put on a smiling face and never fail to greet and apologise for the long wait! Please consider opening at Yew Tee...

Staff at Lot One outlet are so polite and efficient. Despite having such a heavy workload, they always serve you with a smile and without making any mistakes at allπππ

The fragrance of caramelised brown sugar fills the air from a few shops away. Hard to miss this shop.
We ordered their signature Brown Sugar Boba Milk and Flaming Brown Sugar. The ratio of fresh milk to caramelised brown sugar and pearls is quite perfect and not too sweet.
My first few sips of this drink are spiked with a lovely smoky-sweet flavour from the caramelised brown sugar syrup and pearls. The pearls are pretty bouncy, cooked to an al dente, chewy finish.
Our reliable go-to for a good cup of bubble tea. Itβs a memorable drink indeed!

Mousse was delicious, but the brown sugar pearls were way **too** sweet. However, the pearls' texture was probably the best I've had compared to the other BBT brands I've tried.

I have always patronized this outlet only. The staff were nice, friendly, and adaptable. But today's experience was disappointing. I wanted to change my drink when I saw the new seasonal drink, Pistachio Coffee. I went to ask one of the staff because I saw that my drink had not been prepared yet. This was after they served the previous customer, and it wasn't crowded at all (only me waiting and another customer ordering). They refused to change my order and gave me an unclear reason. They were mumbling and displayed rude body language. This is not how customer service should be.

Nice bubble tea. The service staff was very friendly and patient. They introduced me to their online membership for rewards and points. The bubble tea comes with a small cookie too. π

The menu has a wide variety of options, from brown sugar-based milk tea to fruit tea. The Earl Grey milk tea tasted really good. It comes in an eco-friendly package.
The Passion Fruit Lava is quite a popular item in the store. It comes with a slice of lemon and is quite refreshing.
Each tea also comes with a small, tasty cookie. Takeaway options using Grab are also available. There are several promotions going on.
If you are a regular customer looking to try this frequently, the store even provides a coupon option with perks after purchasing a certain number of drinks (around 10, I suppose).

I am impressed that the CCK branch always **gives** me tiny tea samples to try, as it augments the experience and I remember to order it the next time.

Flaming Brown Sugar ($7.1) is tagged as signature. I like the cheese foam mixed with the drink, but the brown sugar pearls are disappointing; they have a tough core and aren't worth the calories. If you like soft, melt-in-your-mouth brown sugar pearls, go upstairs for Chi Cha.
I find it ridiculous that the menu is only available at the counter. People can't browse the menu if they don't want to stand there, blocking others' way. I would suggest that the menu be pasted around the shop.
Service can be a little slow, as I see a new staff member struggling with making the drinks. Do be patient.
